Tim Meyer, born in 1987, Partner at SIGNOS since May 2020. Prior to that he was working for ten years at a big-4-firm in assurance and taxation services as well as at a midsize partnership in Hamburg. Besides his German qualifications (WP/StB) Tim Meyer has the US accreditation as Certified Public Accountant (NY) which he achieved as Expatriate for several years in New-York-City.
Thanks to his many years of work in advising and auditing the banking sector, as well as the supporting software companies, he has a strong understanding of the IT security requirements in a highly regulated environment. His main areas of focus are advising and auditing in connection with information security, particularly in supervisory law according to MaRisk, BAIT and DORA, as well as the audit of internal control systems and IT procedures.
Rosemarie Gergen is a co-founder of the law firm SINGHOFEN & GERGEN in Flensburg, existing since 1989. The focus of her occupation is the audit/preparation of annual accounts and the interdisciplinary consulting of companies. This covers – besides the tax advisory services – especially consultation in context with the restructuring of companies, M&A, advice on legal structuring of companies and the procedure with insolvency plans.
